Based on the brutal reality, how much do you think your students are willing to pay this much to speak at least the basic level English?

Executive Summary for 1m SESF & SESF 2 week initiations in December 2017-January 2018

  • In Guatemala, if you speak even Basic English, your salary basically double. In your life time, this can gives you roughly $200,000-500,000 USD surplus income. How many times is this larger than your current annual income?
  • In Mexico, if you speak English, your salary goes 30-50% more. In your life time, this can gives you roughly $200,000-5000 USD surplus income. How many times is this larger than your current annual income?
  • In South Korea, even 5 years ago, the average South Korean students spent over $300 per month (or more than $3,000 per year per student in average) for the English education and most of them couldn’t speak English.

The grim crisis of the English education: Except those of you who are from the relatively rich families or ambitious and studious students, the brutal reality is that most of students who can’t speak English by the time they graduate from their high schools will never speak English in their life time, losing the great potentials for their financial and career prosperity. And most university students take their University English courses and look around and ask yourself: how many percent of your university students can speak English at least 2-3 minutes in front of camera, without any written script? You will see the (vast) majority can’t do this. Normally to speak English, you need a lot of money, a lot of years, and a lot of studies. If you think that all the free apps on English speaking will make you speak, then look around again. How many of you or your fellow students have Duolingo or whatever for how many months or years and honestly can you speak even 1-2 minutes of English in front of camera? I doubt it.

So what are the solutions to all?

Little time, little money, and little study compared to what has been going on and will continue on? There are 2 proposals I make here. Tell me if this works for yours.

  1. The course certificates after the competition of each course: In the following SESF series, after each student take their courses and upload their English-speaking videos without any written script to the designated websites, they will receive the course completion certificates. They will need these certificates to move on to the next level courses.
  2. In this series, the definition of speaking English doesn’t include the normal repetition phrases of English like “Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening. Hi. Hello. Nice to meet you. Goodbye. January, February, Monday, Tuesday….” Why this is not English? These are mere random phrases without any meaningful or logical organizations of sentences. I will put a simple example of the very Basic English below here with a link.
  3. 1 minute of speaking English this WEEK, for free and the online registration is required. (This is designed for those who can’t speak English more than 20-30 seconds): speak from basically no English at all to add additional 50 seconds of English in front of camera this week. You have to register online to take this. All you need to do is how many seconds of English you speak before you take this short course. At the end of the class, you have to upload your 50+ 10-30 seconds of English (totaling about 60-90 seconds of English within the 3 days after the completions of the online class.) This process is necessary to continue on for the next step official classes.
  4. SESF for 2 week pilot classes (not free and the online registration is required. Depending on where you are, this may cost $30-100 for the 2 week classes): (This is designed for those who can’t speak English more than 20-40 seconds): speak from close to zero English (20-40 seconds after your 10-15 years of studying English) at all to 250+ seconds (which is 4-5 minutes+) of English in front of camera within 2 weeks. You have to register online to take this. All you need to do is how many seconds of English you speak before you take this short course. At the end of the class, you have to upload your 4-5 minutes of English (within the 3 days after the completions of the online class.) This process is necessary to continue on for the next step official classes.
  5. The full blown SESF 0.5 or SESF 1 will start in January or February 2018, depending on the agreements with your institutions.
  6. How to pay: via Paypal (or credit cards) or Bitcoins (Bitcoin payments have the 20% discounts)
